How to Rent

Your new home?

In order to rent a property through Quality Managed Homes you must be able to meet the following criteria:

  • You must be able to provide a financial guarantor who is a UK homeowner.
  • You must be able to meet the move-in cost prior to us releasing the keys to you. This includes 1 months rent in advance, your refundable deposit (equivalent to 6 weeks rent) and an administration fee (equivalent to 1 weeks with a minimum of £150 + VAT).
  • Reservation deposit of one month's rent (deductible from move in costs) must be received in cleared funds in order to secure a property.
  • You must be able to provide three or four bank statements and a copy of photo-id from all parties.
  • Signed Tenancy Application Forms and Guarantor Application Forms must be returned to QMH within an agreed time and prior to the move-in day.
  • Satisfactory employer references and previous landlord references (where applicable) must be received by QMH within an agreed time and prior to the move-in day
